Regulatory status

Slowvoice Pty Ltd is not the holder of, and does not operate under, an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or an equivalent licence in any other jurisdiction. Dysrupt Labs operates as an alternative data vendor: it researches, packages and licenses datasets and signals derived from prediction-market microstructure. It does not provide financial product advice, dealing services, custody, brokerage, portfolio management or any other licensed financial service.

Service classification

Dysrupt Labs provides behavioural forecast intelligence derived from prediction-market divergence analysis. Our signals constitute alternative data; they are not investment recommendations. Clients are responsible for all trading decisions and risk management. Compliance with local regulatory requirements is the responsibility of the client.

Audience and intended use

This site is intended exclusively for institutional investors and for individuals who qualify as wholesale, professional, sophisticated or accredited investors under the laws of their jurisdiction. It is not directed at retail clients and is not intended for use by any person in any jurisdiction in which such use would be contrary to local law or regulation. Datasets, methodology documentation, technical reports and research notes are made available to qualified evaluators under non-disclosure agreement.

Jurisdictional coverage

Dysrupt Labs maintains compliance frameworks for institutional clients across the following jurisdictions:

Australia. Corporations Act 2001; ASIC Market Integrity Rules.

United States. SEC alternative-data-vendor guidance; Regulation FD.

United Kingdom. FCA rules; Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR); UK GDPR.

European Union. MiFID II; Market Abuse Regulation (MAR); GDPR.

Bermuda. Bermuda Monetary Authority regulatory framework.

Detailed jurisdictional documentation is available on request.

MNPI framework

Our forecasters predict publicly released government statistics. Almanis does not run event contracts on listed equities, as it cannot be certain these would not breach Material Non-Public Information legislation in major jurisdictions. Structural safeguards include minimum panel sizes (35+ forecasters per indicator), machine-learning aggregation that obscures individual inputs, and monitoring for anomalous forecast patterns. Full MNPI compliance documentation is available under non-disclosure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Dysrupt Labs performs biometric KYC on all community members and applies AML principles that meet United States regulatory thresholds. Dysrupt Labs co-operates with relevant regulatory authorities and government agencies.

Dysrupt Labs applies the US Government Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. While there is no single international sanctions list of nations, Dysrupt Labs does not accept forecasters from Iran, Russia, China, North Korea or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It does accept forecasters from Cuba, Azerbaijan and Syria.

Platform structure

Almanis is an operator-staked prediction-market platform: forecasters trade in virtual currency funded by Dysrupt Labs, are never required to put up money, and bear no financial or counterparty risk. Forecasters are rewarded for forecasting performance — demonstrated skill, not chance. The structure is intended to place the platform outside both gambling and securities regulatory frameworks while preserving alignment between forecaster incentives and the speed and accuracy of the aggregate signals on which Dysrupt Labs and its clients depend.

No offer; no advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial product advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, derivative, fund interest, token or other financial product. Information is provided for general informational purposes only. Recipients should obtain their own independent professional advice before making any investment or related decision.

Past performance and backtested data

Where this site or any associated material refers to historical signal accuracy, divergence statistics, returns or related quantitative measures, those measures are derived from research datasets and, where not explicitly stated otherwise, refer to backtested results. Backtested performance is hypothetical, has inherent limitations, does not represent actual trading and does not reflect the impact of material economic and market factors on decision-making. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any signal will achieve, or is likely to achieve, results similar to those shown in any backtest, working paper or peer-reviewed publication.

Research datasets and publications

References to peer-reviewed publications cite work in the Journal of Financial Markets, eBioMedicine, the Annals of Epidemiology and other journals. Cross-platform replication on a public forecasting venue, conducted in March 2026, is referenced as a methodological observation and not as an offer or recommendation to trade on that venue or any other.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, methodology descriptions, figures, working-paper drafts and dataset extracts, is the property of Slowvoice Pty Ltd or its licensors. No part of this site or any associated material may be reproduced, redistributed, licensed, stored or used to train any machine-learning model without the prior written consent of Slowvoice Pty Ltd.

Privacy

Slowvoice Pty Ltd complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom's UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We collect only the personal information required for service delivery and regulatory compliance, and process it solely for those purposes.

The site itself collects only the standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) required to operate the site and to detect and prevent abuse. The site does not use third-party analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking. The site stores a single first-party preference value (the chosen colour theme) in the browser's local storage; this value never leaves the browser and is not transmitted to Slowvoice Pty Ltd or to any third party.

The identity of forecasters on the Almanis platform is held physically separate from the platform itself. Forecaster identities are never disclosed or released other than in response to legally compliant requests of regulatory authorities.

Email addresses provided through correspondence are used only to respond to that correspondence and are not added to any marketing list.

Under applicable privacy legislation, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. Data-subject requests should be directed to contact@dysruptlabs.com.
